Standard assessment package - £300.00 (includes; initial interview, assessment, detailed report & feedback meeting). NB. If at initial interview no further input is required, a fee of £60.00 per hour plus travel costs will be incurred.

Individual treatment sessions - £60.00 per hour approx 45 minutes direct intervention and 15 minutes feedback.

Standard treatment package (home) - £400.00 (includes eight 1:1 treatment sessions).

Statement of Special Educational Needs OT Report - £80.00 (only provided following an assessment).

Attendance & Support at annual reviews, Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings s etc - £60.00 per hour.

Environmental Assessments (home/school/nursery etc) - POA
